Marketing Events

Bartley Marketing provides strong local marketing for events taking place in Lymington, the New Forest and surrounding areas with Lymington.com. It is free of charge for any business or organisation to list events in the Lymington.com event calendar. Every week we draw people to the event calendar via our newsletter, emailed to subscribers – and of course via our social media. We will also provide a level of social media coverage for charitable and community events.

Taking the level of promotional PR further, the Bartley Marketing team provides marketing and communications for a number of annual local events, including the New Forest Business Show and the Curious Arts Festival. We utilise a powerful combination of compelling copywriting and imagery, combined with testimonial and ‘championing’ to raise the profile of local events.

In addition to articles on the Lymington.com website; links to interesting blogs and content on the client’s website and the Lymington.com calendar, event organisers gain valuable local endorsement and exposure via the Lymington.com channels; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the weekly ‘What’s On’ newsletter to subscribers.

CURIOUS ARTS FESTIVAL – Local promotional PR

The Curious Arts Festival takes place each July in the breathtaking grounds of Pylewell Park, near Lymington. It is totally unique and very English, with fabulous novelists, exceptional historians, poet laureates, dogs on leads, gin and tonics, and sitting on a deckchair with a view of the Solent. It also hosts some of the UK’s most exciting musicians and prides itself on being a totally family-orientated festival, with plenty of fun things to do for all ages.

For the last two years the Bartley Marketing team have provided local PR to the Curious Arts Festival via the Lymington.com channels; a local mouthpiece providing well-timed and targeted endorsement to attract the local community. Our anchor articles on Lymington.com are updated regularly with different, interesting content about the various aspects of the event – and then promoted widely on our social media channels and via our weekly ‘What’s On’ newsletter.
